Distilled by the late Don Celso Jacquez, a fifth-generation sotolero, with only six barrels made. Very likely the only six-year aged sotol in existence.
Six years in tequila barrels produce flavors of vanilla, clove and warm baking spice. Double distilled in copper stills, 100% sotol, no additives, wild-harvested and sustainably sourced from the Chihuahuan Desert.
Six barrels yielded roughly 1,100 bottles in total. There roughly 200 remaining available.
