Los Magos Sotol Blanco 375ML

A bright, herbaceous white spirit from the Chihuahuan Desert. Citrus, fresh herbs and black pepper on the nose, then honey and savory spice with a hint of smoke off the roasting pit. This is the 375 ml half bottle, the same liquid in a smaller format.

Sotol (pronounced "so-TOLL") is distilled from the Desert Spoon plant, not agave, so it isn't tequila and it isn't mezcal. It grows wild across Northern Mexico and takes roughly fifteen years to mature. Like Champagne, sotol is protected by a Denomination of Origin.

Wild-harvested, roasted in a volcanic rock-lined pit over mesquite, oak and poplar, fermented in open air with deep well water, and triple distilled in copper stills. 100% sotol, no additives at any stage. Easy to gift, easy to travel with, and an easy way to find out whether sotol is for you.
