Cactus Mimosa


  • 1.5 oz. Prickly pear puree
  • 1 oz. Pomegranate juice
  • 0.5 oz Grand Marnier
  • 0.5 oz Los Magos Sotol
  • Top up with sparkling wine


Combine all the of ingredients (excluding the sparkling wine), shake, and pour in a champagne glass. Top up with sparkling wine.
Garnish: Sprig of thyme or rosemary.
