Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Prickly pear puree
- 1 oz. Pomegranate juice
- 0.5 oz Grand Marnier
- 0.5 oz Los Magos Sotol
- Top up with sparkling wine
Preparation
Combine all the of ingredients (excluding the sparkling wine), shake, and pour in a champagne glass. Top up with sparkling wine.
Garnish: Sprig of thyme or rosemary.
