Cafe de Olla Sucia

A traditional Mexican Café de Olla meets an Espresso Martini but we sap the gin for Los Magos Sotol and shake with coffee liqueur, turbinado simple syrup and a shot of strong espresso, and top with a stiff cream. Warm your soul and your evening with this sippable memory maker.

Ingredients

  • 2oz Los Magos
  • 0.5oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.25oz turbinado simple syrup
  • 1.5oz espresso
  • Stiff cream

Build: Shake, layer stiff cream over top
Glass: 7oz cocktail glass
Garnish: Dust with Mexican chocolate & cinnamon
