Cafe de Olla Sucia

A traditional Mexican Café de Olla meets an Espresso Martini but we sap the gin for Los Magos Sotol and shake with coffee liqueur, turbinado simple syrup and a shot of strong espresso, and top with a stiff cream. Warm your soul and your evening with this sippable memory maker.

Ingredient:

  • 2 oz Los Magos
  • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.25 oz turbinado simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz espresso
  • Stiff cream

Preparation:

Shake, layer stiff cream over top.

Glassware:

7 oz cocktail glass.

Garnish:

Dust with Mexican chocolate & cinnamon.
