Cilantro Sotorita

Close your eyes and imagine what Chihuahua would taste… citrus, zesty, aromatic, vegetative, and spicy. Find all of the beauty of Mexico in a well-balanced umami based cocktail to sip with friends and fish tacos.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Los Magos Sotol
  • 0.5 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave nectar (2:1)
  • 0.5 oz cucumber juice
  • 6 cilantro leaves

Preparation:

Gently muddle the cilantro, shake, double strain.

Glassware:

Lowball / rocks glass.

Garnish:

Cucumber slice / lime wheel / cilantro sprig.
