Desert Pear


  • 2 oz. Los Magos Sotol
  • 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 2 tsp Pear Liqueur (Mathilde)
  • 1 tsp Pear Brandy (Clear Creek)
  • 2 slices of Bartlett Pear (ripened)
  • 1 Basil leaf


In a shaker, muddle the pear until pureed. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well with ice. Double strain into glassware.

Glassware: Coupe glass or martini glass

Garnish: Basil leaf on the rim
