Ingredients:
- 2 oz Los Magos Sotol
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
- 2 tsp Pear Liqueur (Mathilde)
- 1 tsp Pear Brandy (Clear Creek)
- 2 slices of Bartlett Pear (ripened)
- 1 Basil leaf
Preparation:
In a shaker, muddle the pear until pureed. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well with ice. Double strain into glassware.
Glassware:
Coupe glass or martini glass.
Garnish:
Basil leaf on the rim.
