Speziatos

Sophisticated concoction crafted with vegetable notes of bell pepper and basil, supported by the aromatic flavors of Aperol and Los Magos Sotol.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Los Magos Sotol
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz fresh Mayer lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz basil infused simple syrup (1:1)
  • 3 slices red bell pepper

Preparation:

Muddle the pepper, shake, double strain.

Glassware:

Nick & Nora / martini coupe.

Garnish:

Red bell pepper, rosemary spring.
