  • 1.5 oz. Los Magos Sotol
  • 1 oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. fresh Mayer lemon juice
  • .5 oz. basil infused simple syrup (1:1)
  • 3 slices red bell pepper

Build: Muddle the pepper, shake, double strain
Glass: Nick & Nora / martini coupe
Garnish: Red bell pepper, rosemary spring
