The Julissa

This “good girl” is effervescent and youthful; The delicious pairing of Los Magos Sotol with fresh strawberries and lime is balanced elegantly by the piney citrus healing powers of Palo Santo Syrup and Topo Chico. Sip and sway long into the evening with our Julissa.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Los Magos
  • 0.5 oz Palo Santo syrup
  • 2 strawberries
  • 0.5 oz lime
  • 3 oz Topo Chico

Preparation:

Muddle, Shake double strain, top with Topo Chico.

Glassware:

Lowball / rocks glass.

Garnish:

Strawberry.

Notes: Los Magos Sotol is delicious with berries. In this case the Strawberry & Los Magos perfectly complement one another for another bright & effervescent highball.
